Status
Please do not call the 1-800 order number for order status or other
information. The order taking service will not be able to provide
order status information and will request that you email our customer
service staff.
When your order
is shipped, we will e-mail you a UPS tracking number *
* E-mail notification requires
that you provide an accurate e-mail address when placing your order. If
you did not provide an accurate e-mail address when you placed your
order we cannot provide order
tracking information.
Order status and tracking information is
not available for USPS shipments.

your inquiry we ask you to send us the original order confirmation that

Please list or summarize the items you ordered and the date you placed

Processing
It generally takes us 1-3 days
to ship an order after we receive it. (Excluding weekends and holidays.)
If an item is out of stock this may delay the shipment. We will
notify you by mail if the delay will exceed 30 days. Orders are shipped
ground UPS or parcel post (our choice) unless other arrangements have
been made. See our policies for more information.

Shipping Damage /Product Defects
If you receive a damaged item file your claim with the carrier (UPS or
USPS) and
then call us at 1-860-223-0600. Save all packaging for the carrier's inspection.
