- To order a gift
certificate select from the dollar value options listed below
. Multiple quantities of one denomination or mixed
denominations may be ordered for each gift recipient. The gift
recipient will receive one gift certificate for the total value.
- Complete your order by
checking out and filling out the order payment
information:
- BILL TO: Enter your
name and the billing address of your credit card.
- SHIP TO: Enter the
gift recipient's name and address. (Only one recipient per
order .)
- SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
: Enter a message to the gift recipient.
If you would prefer that we e-mail
notification of the gift instead of mailing a paper
certificate ( our standard option ) request email notification
and provide the recipient's email address.
Your final order total will
include the total dollar valueof the gift certificate(s) plus our standard
S&H Fee. This fee will cover ground UPS delivery of the order
placed by the recipient of your gift when the certificate is redeemed.
Once we process your order we
will create a customer account for the name and address indicated in the
"ship to " section of the order form and apply the total
amount we charged your credit card as credit to pay for the next order
placed on that new customer account.
We will mail you an invoice and
mail the gift recipient the certificate and a copy of our catalog.
