The basic Wilesco steam
engine model has a small (150cc) capacity boiler but incorporates all the
important safety and operating features of the larger engines including a water
level site glass and safety valve. |

Mirror polished brass boiler, diameter 4.5 cm, length 9 cm, boiler capacity 150
cc with water gauge glass. Boiler house, true to life colored and
copper-plated, with embossed brick type walls. Oscillating brass cylinder and
piston, spring loaded safety valve, dome whistle, flywheel of 7 cm diameter with
grooved pulley. Finely varnished metal base plate 14 x 20 cm. Height, including
smoke stack, 22 cm. Heated by dry fuel tablets. Running time 15 minutes per

countershaft fitted under the roof, drives the circular saw, the two-wheel
grinder, the drilling machine and the hacksaw.

This is one of our most popular
models. Equipped with a steam control valve for adjusting the speed,
the D16 is capable of running an accessory layout of 5 - 6 pieces. Exhaust is
vented to the small tray located beside the piston and cylinder assembly.
NOTE: The model color scheme has been updated to a
cream colored boiler housing with embossed brick detail and a dark blue
base.

This working
model steam engine is unique in that it features a vertical standing
boiler, with a vertical cylinder while the other steam engine models
feature horizontal boilers with horizontal cylinders.

and for steam exhaust, with elongated water gauge glass. Boiler house true to

steam jet oiler, flywheel of 8 cm diameter, with large grooved pulley, finely
