This loco features puffing smoke, a tender with an operating air driven steam whistle, working head-light, and forward-neutral-reverse operation. 

This rugged train set includes a gondola with load , a Penn box car, and a Penn red caboose. All freight cars feature two operating knuckle couplers and metal axles and wheels.
